Winter Rates for 2009/10
All rates are based on a 2 night minimum. Holidays are a three night minimum. Rooms are booked as requested by unit number or reservations are placed on rotation. A single night stay is accepted at the discretion of the General Manager with a 25% increase in fees. There is a $45.00 minimum cleaning fee charged upon check-out of the condominium.

Our condominiums come with fully-equipped kitchens, appliances and utensils, satellite television, fireplaces and balconies.

Suite (650 sq. ft., sleeps 4-9, depending on the unit) The largest accommodation offered, a Suite is comprised of two rooms: a private bedroom and a studio, each with its own bathroom. Efficiency (480 sq. ft., sleeps 6) The Efficiency is one open room, great for day lounging, meetings, as well as accommodating a family comfortably. It is furnished with one queen-sized hide-a-bed, a double-size Murphy bed, twin bunks and a kitchenette. The Efficiency also has a private bathroom. Click the picture to see a larger version. |

The renderings shown above are only examples of actual condos available at Pioneer Condos. While most of the condos are the similar in layout, there will be some differences in furniture placement and the like. All beds, baths, and accomodations quoted are exact.
Rates are subject to change at any time. Reservations are due in full at the time of booking. Cancellations will be accepted up to 31 days prior to your stay. Refunds will not be given after 30 days prior to your arrival. Please call the reservation line for any additional questions.
