Summer Rates for 2010

Wedding package

3 one-bedroom condos for two nights or 6 one-bedroom condos for 1 night and use of the Amphitheater - $1250.

To reserve your wedding / event at Pioneer Condos, a $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is required to block the condominiums for your party until 31 days prior to the date of your event. 30 days prior to your event all condos are open for rental to any party. Weddings booking the use of the common area for their reception are charged an additional $250.00. Payment is due in full at booking for all condominiums. Cancellations of condominiums which have been booked are accepted 31 days prior to your stay with a full refund (condos only and does not include wedding packages). Cancellations of condominiums 30 days and under to the dates of stay are non-refundable. There is a $45.00 minimum cleaning fee charged for each condominium including wedding and event packages.

Exclusive usage of Amphitheater / No lodging provided: $850 (non-refundable)

These rates are for all rentals and include upgraded & remodeled condominiums. Rates are subject to change at any time. Rates do not include sales and lodging tax.

Suite (650 sq. ft., sleeps 4-9, depending on the unit)
The largest accommodation offered, a Suite is comprised of two rooms: a private bedroom and a studio, each with its own bathroom. Because the condos are privately owned, each unit is unique & different. Click the picture to see a larger version.

Efficiency (480 sq. ft., sleeps 6)
The Efficiency is one open room, great for day lounging, meetings, as well as accommodating a family comfortably. It is furnished with one queen-sized hide-a-bed, a double-size Murphy bed, twin bunks and a kitchenette. The Efficiency also has a private bathroom. Click the picture to see a larger version.
