Our finest amenities belong to Mother Nature: breathtaking sunsets, beautiful scenery, and the perfect location nestled atop one giant playground for all seasons.

We didn't stop there; our condominium complex is equipped with two hot tubs with surrounding deck, a picnic table, barbeque, sauna, recreation room, washer and dryer, foosball table, as well as vending and ice machines. Every building has private ski lockers on the ground level, and in every condo you will find a fireplace or stove to warm up next to after a cool day of fun in the snow.

Being at the top of the Bogus Basin Mountain Resort affords many opportunities: downhill skiers can literally leave the condos in their skis at the start of the day. The nordic skiing trails are just at the bottom of the hill, and they have just been outfitted with lights for night skiing! The kids (and adults alike) will love the sledding hill, just down the road from the nordic centre. You can rent tubes with which to sled, and enjoy a hot cup of cocoa at one of the lodges at the bottom of the hill.

The Pioneer Lodge, at the apex of 2 chairlifts and a short walk from the condos, features locker rooms, payphones, and a ticket window. On weekends and holidays, Bogus Bob's Grill provides a buffet breakfast (with menu), pizza, and a lunch and dinner menu to satisfy all tastes. One of the best things about being on top of the mountain in the winter is to get a breath of fresh air. The Pioneer Condos play host to many Treasure Valley residents that want to get out of the many inversions that haunt Boise and the surrounding area. From up above, the inversion makes the valley look like an ocean of clouds. It's actually quite beautiful, as long as you're not breathing the air down in it! Quite often, when an inversion has settled into the valley, making its residents cold, it is actually sunny and warmer up at Bogus Basin.

During warmer months, the Pionner Condos are filled with outdoor enthusiasts from around the US and the globe to take part in the many hiking and mountain biking trails around the condos.

Surrounded by trees and wild flowers, the amphitheater at the Pioneer Condos seats up to 150 people, and is perfect for weddings, reunions, and other large gatherings. The view from this scenic mountain setting is spectacular!
